St Patrick's Festival

Every 17 March, Dublin dresses itself in green. Giant floats, street theatre companies and marching bands from around the world advance down O'Connell Street, past crowds in shamrock hats. After the parade, traditional music and pints of Guinness keep the pubs buzzing late into the night. It is Ireland's birthday party for the whole world.
