Saga International Balloon Fiesta

At dawn, flat envelopes inflate and balloons rise as the competition and wind allow. Night mooring uses burners to illuminate them. Saga’s riverside setting rewards watching, but entry is not a guaranteed passenger flight and neither launches nor reflections are assured.
