Sipadan Island

From the surface, Sipadan looks like a small forested island. Below, the reef edge drops sharply into deep blue. Green and hawksbill turtles move along the wall, while barracuda may gather into a turning silver column. Each site offers a different view of the drop-off and reef life. Access is tightly managed: certified divers need a daily permit, so this is not a place to arrive and hope for a last-minute spot.
