Moalboal Sardine Run

Off Panagsama on Cebu’s west coast, you may find a sardine school close to shore. The fish gather into a silver wall, turn together and change shape as sunlight filters down. Snorkeling can reveal this underwater movement too. Turtles may be nearby, but the fish’s location, size and sea conditions change daily.
