Danxiashan

At Danxiashan in Guangdong, sheer reddish walls carry green crowns above forest and river bends. Public trails around Zhanglaofeng reveal both the skyline of rock castles and the grooves and layers of their walls. The defining combination is red cliffs, canopy and water, distinct from the multicolored bands of Zhangye’s low hills.
